Regarding the "neocon" even the french journal "Le Monde" who as a reputation of "center-left" has published yesterday (08/15) an article from
    Robert Kagan (http://www.lemonde.fr/opinions/article/2008/08/...).

In regards to the Le Monde article by Robert Kagan. Mr. Kagan is identified as a "politologue, chercheur au Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. Mr. Kagan is also a member of the American Committee for Peace in the Caucasus. Isn't it good tho know that Mr. Kagan is so passionate about international peace?

I think you've hit the nail on the head Tim.

I always wondered about LaRussophobe's credentials or whether this person is even Russian. The style and figures of speech used by him or her seem unlike a Russian. The political views come across as an American neocon.

I have expressed contrary opinions on LR's website and the posts have been repeatedly pulled by said LaRussophobe. LR preaches for freedoms, but hardly allows any on the website.

LR's style of website reminds me freerepublic.com (hardly free) and greenlittlefootballs.com. Basically these are dens full of neocons who agree with each other and where contrary opinions are heavily censored.

I would avoid LR's website like the plague.

lol I had the same thing happen to me on LaRussophobe. Its heavily censored. I also know that the the person not only is not Russian but have not been their. I was censored for pointing out Euronews has been available on Russian terrestrial TV since 2001. Well at least in the mornings. I know this because I have watched it in Russia on terrestrial TV. I also pointed out that CNN and BBC world news where available in the homes of 13.5 million Russian cable TV subscribers and that does not include satellite subscribers which costs as little as $10 dollars a month. This completely contradicted LaRussophobe's claim that Putin somehow controls all broadcasts on Russian TV. Of course it was censored completely.

LaRussophobe's posts are clearly so inaccurate that any person of average intelligence can spot the inaccuracies in it. The problem with this is half the population is below the average intelligence and clearly they are reading LaRussophobe.

A Russophile believes that being a Russophobe (especially considering the Russia of the last 8+ yrs) requires no less than being on Dick Chaney's payroll.

OK, what's the case with the your Russophilia, Tim? or shall we say "Timofei"?

A specific , unconditional love for everything Russian be it the beloved Stolychnaya, a very russian term "khaliava", a brand new cossack carnival uniform (whip of course, included), the ruins of the city of Grozny (not to mention the rest of Chechnya), the image of dead Anna Politkovsksaya, whose murder was a well accepted gift for Putin's birthday, or 180 carbonized corpses of Beslan kids (not to mention 120+ adults) shot or burned alive by their "rescuers" at Putin's order (flamethrower as the best remedy to save hostages)?

Or is it the irresistible charm of the Putinoid ideology, introduced by the "Russia's everything" himself, when asked by a French reporter about why the victims of the "antiterrorist" war on Chechnya (a glorious method of "defending" legitimate Russian citizens) happened to be mostly innocent civilians:

"If you want to become an Islamic radical and have yourself circumcised, I invite you to come to Moscow. I would recommend that he who does the surgery does it so you'll have nothing growing back, afterward".

Or is your Russophilia not all that unconditional and can be somehow evaluated (shall we say "assessed"?)

Who's payroll r u on, Tim? Is your sponsor the cheap KGB snitch turned into a mobster turned into a war criminal turned into a mass-murderer turned into an inferiority complex- ridden megalomaniac himself? i don't think so. He's out for a high-quality merchandise. is it some lower-than-medium-range Krasnodar GRU/FSB unit supervisor ("smotryashi", a position in the Russian SS controlled mob hierarchy), or a local Lukoil gas station owner? Or is Krasnodar's openly Nazi governor's "charisma", proportional to his IQ, quite enough to determine your otherwise unpurchaseable mindset?

My question doesn't require an answer. The answer's there -a clear mark on your ear. It actually doesn't matter, who used the red-hot iron rod on you.
